Maintenance Technician
HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician!
Starting Pay $28 - $35/hr (depending on experience)
Shift Openings:
- Days (M-W 6am-6pm & Th 6am
-11:30am) - Nights (M-W 6pm-6am & Th 6pm - 11:30pm)
Location:
Randolph, WI Area
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on facility and production equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
- Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and company policies
- Document maintenance activities and repair records accurately
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- High school diploma or GED required
- Vocational training, technical schooling, or related maintenance certifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
- Experience working with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and facility systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical documents, and operating procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work orders
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
