Hometown Insulation Inc is hiring an Insulation Installer to join our Wisconsin-based residential and light commercial team. In this field role, you'll install fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose insulation in new builds, remodels, and retrofits. Responsibilities include preparing work areas, safely operating hand and power tools, loading materials, air sealing, and cleaning job sites. Responsibilities

  • Install fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose insulation in homes and light commercial buildings
  • Prepare work areas, protect finished surfaces, and stage materials and equipment
  • Measure, cut, and fit insulation to cavities, attics, basements, and other building assemblies
  • Apply air sealing and vapor barrier products according to specifications and safety standards
  • Operate hand and power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely and correctly
  • Load, unload, and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment in clean working order
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and jobsite housekeeping
  • Communicate professionally with crew leads, builders, and homeowners
  • Document work completed and report issues or material needs to the supervisor
