Facilities Technician

Lad Lake Inc, a beacon of hope for at-risk youth and their families, is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to join our dedicated team. This individual will be pivotal in maintaining the safety, functionality, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities. As a Facilities Technician, you will ensure our environment aligns with our mission of empowerment and support, providing a safe and effective space for the transformative programs we offer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of equipment, buildings, and grounds to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Manage maintenance inventory and purchase supplies.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, and promote safety awareness.
• Document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Support facility upgrades and projects as required.
