Platinum Property Management & Platinum Home Services
Platinum Property Management and Platinum Home Services are growing, and we're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This position offers the opportunity to work across both our property management portfolio and our expanding home services division, providing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects throughout Central Wisconsin.
What You'll DoNo two days are the same. Responsibilities may include:
- General residential maintenance and repairs
- Plumbing repairs and fixture installation
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- HVAC maintenance and minor repairs
- Carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work
- Turnover repairs and apartment renovations
- Preventative maintenance inspections
- Exterior maintenance and seasonal property care
- Responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Troubleshooting issues and determining cost-effective repair solutions
- Working within approved property budgets
- Accurately completing work orders using company software
- Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Providing exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and rental properties
We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
Preferred Qualifications Include- 3+ years of maintenance, construction, remodeling, or related experience
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or HVAC
- Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for work orders and scheduling
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
