Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Green Bay Packaging is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugated and packaging production equipment, diagnosing electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to maintain high reliability and uptime. You will read and interpret electrical schematics, use test instruments, and document work in a CMMS. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical production equipment to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and test equipment
• Support installation, startup, and modifications of packaging and converting machinery
• Document work orders, parts usage, and findings in the CMMS system
• Follow all safety, LOTO, and GMP procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other maintenance staff to resolve recurring equipment problems
• Recommend and implement reliability and process improvements to optimize equipment performance
