CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

HOURS:

1ST SHIFT

WAGE: $18+/HOUR

Seeking reliable and motivated General Construction Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the assembly, installation, and finishing of manufactured and modular homes in a factory setting. Experience in construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related trades is preferred but not required — we provide on-the-job training.

• Perform tasks in one or more areas of home construction, including framing, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, or flooring.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, or instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with material handling and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain quality standards throughout each phase of construction.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior construction or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic understanding of measurements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn multiple trades and perform varied tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.

• Indoor factory/plant setting.
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Monday–Friday schedule, with possible overtime.
