Maintenance Technician

Our customer in Sharon, Wisconsin, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting a Maintenance Technician to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping equipment running safely and efficiently through routine maintenance, timely repairs, and technical support.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on machinery
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely
• Assisting with equipment installations and upgrades
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area

Maintenance Technician Requirements and

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a similar technical role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with industrial tools and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay for Maintenance Technician:
Starting at $24-$32/hour, based on experience.
