At The Production Farm, we create safe places and pathways for clients to play, connect, and grow. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit behavioral and mental health outpatient clinic offering psychotherapy, psychoeducation, skill development, and school‑based mental health initiatives through our learning‑unboxed programming. In addition to core services, we support clients through a food pantry, hygiene closet, career closet, special‑occasion dress boutique, clothes closet, and community gardens.
Our evidence‑based, science‑backed approach is non‑traditional, person‑centered, and trauma‑informative, tailoring each service to promote healing and well‑being through play, art, nature, music, and community.
- Implement individualized behavior management plans based on the team’s assessment findings.
- Provide direct support to clients, utilizing techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and relationship‑based modalities like TBRI to encourage positive behaviors.
- Collaborate with counties, schools, social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals in a team model to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document all interactions and progress in compliance with medical documentation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information while adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Encourage a safe, engaging, and playful environment: have fun, play, connect, and grow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. Experience in the field is also accepted. - Experience working with youth in a behavioral health setting highly desirable.
- Familiarity with trauma‑informed care practices and behavioral health interventions.
- Strong skills in behavior management techniques.
- Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to follow documentation policies accurately.
- A compassionate approach toward clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
- A willingness to embrace fun and playfulness within the role.

LocationBrown County, WI – relocation required before starting work.
Pay$15.00 - $21.00 per hour.
