Adult Residential Support Professional (Part‑Time, Benefit Eligible)
Location: Neillsville, WI
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 8:00am-8:30pm, Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend.

, a brand new Substance Use Disorder treatment facility in Neillsville, WI, is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team.
Deep River provides trauma informed, gender‑specific residential treatment for adult men
, operating under DHS 75 and DHS 83 licensing. Our team supports residents as they work toward sustainable recovery in a safe, structured, and hopeful environment.
- Support, monitor, and interact with residents while providing positive role modeling
- Assist with daily living skills, housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitor or administer medications per program policies
- Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
- Support treatment goals and respond to emergencies or crisis situations
- Transport residents to appointments and services as needed
- Participate in staff meetings and required training
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, or recovery support preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- DHS 83 training preferred (required after hire)
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
