Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time, Benefit Eligible)
Location: Neillsville, WI
Schedule: 36 hours/week | Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend | 8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
Pay: Starting at $17.75/hour

Deep River provides trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment for adult men in a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll play an important role in supporting residents as they work toward lasting sobriety and personal growth.
What You'll DoSupport, monitor, and encourage residents while serving as a positive role model
Build supportive relationships that promote recovery and independence
Assist with medication monitoring or administration according to program policies
Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
Help with housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and daily living activities
Support residents in achieving treatment goals and developing healthy routines
Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations
Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and community services as needed
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, recovery support, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
DHS 83 training preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)
