The commune of approximately 60 agents is recruiting in the context of a replacement for maternity leave a (M/F) RESPONSABLE ET ANIMATEUR SERVICE JEUNESSE. Main duties:

- Develop, lead and animate the reception times of the youth service
- Ensure administrative and budgetary management in liaison with the Director of the service
- Ensure the supervision of the courtyard during the midday break and evening receptions for CM2

Duty 1:
Develop, lead and animate the reception times of the youth service notably:

- Lead and animate activities of the youth service in line with the pedagogical project (PEDT, CTG) in compliance with the regulations
- Lead and animate "bridge" activities in connection with the child service, as well as youth activities
- Lead team meetings
- Ensure the direction of 2 summer camps
- Organize and supervise outings
- Welcome CM2 on evening reception times

Duty 2:
Ensure administrative and budgetary management in liaison with the coordinator for child-youth:

- Ensure the direction of the service (declaration, budget, orders) in liaison with the coordinator of the service, - Ensure the registration of young people on the tablet
- Ensure the communication and promotion of the youth service in liaison with the communication service (leaflets…)

Duty 3:
Ensure the supervision of the courtyard during the midday break:

- Supervise the courtyard during the midday break
- Propose animations to CM2 during the midday break to create a link with the Youth Service

- Aptitude for management and project leadership
- Rigor, organization, discretion, listening
- Force of proposals, initiative spirit and autonomy
- Sense of public service
- Relational and writing skills
- Knowledge of the public 11-17 years, of the different devices related to the action in direction of the young, of the social, educational, regulatory environment of the youth animation
- Mastery of animation techniques
- Similar experience in another community or association
- Holder of driving license B
- Holder of BPJEPS LTP or BAFDP Particularities of the post: supervision of young people with displacements; time constraints related to the functioning of the service (animations to be provided on Friday evenings)

Contract duration: 6 months Advantages linked to the post: night allowances during the stays. Monday: 11:45 – 18:15 (3/4 hours lunch break) Tuesday: 9:30 – 18:00 (3/4 hours lunch break) Wednesday: 9:00 – 12:00 / 13:30 – 18:00 Thursday: 11:45 – 18:15 (3/4 hours lunch break) Friday: 11:45 – 13:45 and 18:00 – 22:30 for youth service evening animation, 2 times a month.
