Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a compassionate Substance Use Support Staff member to provide direct, recovery-focused support to adults impacted by substance use. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living skills, appointments, and group activities while helping them follow individualized treatment and safety plans. You'll monitor and document client progress, support crisis de-escalation, and coordinate with clinicians, case managers, and community partners.
Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered organization, you'll join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to dignity, inclusion, and social justice.
