Lutheran Social Services seeks an Overnight Residential Support Staff to provide safety, structure, and compassionate support to residents in a 24/7 care setting. In this role, you will monitor resident wellbeing through the night, assist with bedtime routines and independent living skills, and respond calmly to crises using established protocols. You will complete accurate documentation, conduct safety and security checks, and maintain a clean, therapeutic environment.
As part of a mission-driven, faith-based team, you'll help uphold dignity, inclusion, and social justice while gaining experience in behavioral health and housing services.
