Lutheran Social Services is seeking an Overnight Residential Support Staff member to provide safety, structure, and encouragement to adults in a therapeutic group home. In this on-site role, you'll monitor residents overnight, assist with activities of daily living, follow behavior support plans, and respond calmly to crises using trauma-informed, de-escalation techniques. You'll complete clear documentation, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate observations to the daytime team.
