Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an IRIS Consultant for the Milwaukee area in a hybrid role supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities to live independently. You will build relationships, help develop IRIS plans, and ensure eligibility while coordinating with ADRCs and local agencies.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or substantial social services experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel 30–50% of the time;
