FLSA:
Non-Exempt This is a resident care position in the assisted living settings for Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living of La Crosse County where there is an emphasis in person centered care and a home like environment. Employees are selected by and work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Supervisor. The position is for night shift (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM) every other weekend and a holiday rotation.

Every other weekend on night shift is Friday night and Saturday night. Additional hours are available! Wage range is $17.06 to $20.89 plus shift differentials.

Assist individuals in all areas of personal hygiene, activities of daily living and care of their living area and personal belongings. When possible, encourage the highest practicable level of independence. [1]

Provide treatment and determines and administers medications by following the “Five Rights,” of right resident, right medication, right dosage, right time, and right route/method.

Assist individuals at mealtime including food prep, feeding and supervision while dining. Ensures each individual diet is followed. [1]
