Role:
Overnight Residential Support Professional
Responsibilities- Provide awake overnight supervision and compassionate care in a group home setting.
- Monitor resident safety and assist with daily routines.
- Support behavior management and crisis response efforts.
- Document services in a trauma-informed, client-centered manner.
- Collaborate with a supportive team within a faith-inspired, inclusive culture.
- Contribute to residents’ stability and independence development.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional growth.
- Ability to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to mission-driven human services and inclusive values.
- Experience or interest in behavior support and crisis management is preferred.
