School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Kohler, Wisconsin

Step into a rewarding contract assignment supporting students communication growth this fall. This position offers a 10-week leave coverage starting September 1, with a manageable caseload of 40 students spanning PreK through 12th grade. Work alongside a collaborative school team and make a meaningful impact on students development during a critical time in their academic year.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice as an SLP
• Experience with PreK-12th grade student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
• Ability to adapt communication approaches for varying developmental levels
• Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEP)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate goal achievement
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide support and consultation for staff regarding students communication needs
  
  Adjust and tailor interventions for students ranging from preschoolers through high school seniors
