Location: Dodgeville
Agrace is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice and palliative care team in Dodgeville, WI. This 1.0 FTE, daytime position supports patients in Activities of Daily Living and homemaker tasks, with weekend and holiday rotations.
You will document care in the EHR, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing staff development. Eligible candidates have a CNA credential and valid driver's license.
