Motifaith Fitness is an innovative group interval fitness concept newly introduced to the Midwest. We offer unique workouts that combine cardiovascular and strength training through the use of diverse equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX straps, and free weights, to enhance energy and improve fitness levels. Our heart‑rate monitored training method targets specific zones to boost metabolism, increase energy, and promote post‑workout calorie burn for up to 48 hours.
In addition to group training, we provide personalized program plans for those seeking extra support to achieve their fitness goals. At Motifaith Fitness, a motivated team inspires every session and workout!
This is a part‑time, on‑site role based in Hales Corners, WI, for a Personal Trainer at Motifaith Fitness. Responsibilities include providing one‑on‑one and group fitness instruction, developing personalized training and nutrition plans, and guiding clients through safe and effective workouts. The Person al Trainer will also lead engaging circuit training sessions, offer coaching to enhance athletic performance, and help members achieve their fitness goals through motivation and expertise.
Qualifications- Experience in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction.
- Skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to guide members in diverse exercises effectively.
- Knowledge of Nutrition to design comprehensive fitness and dietary plans for clients.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire and engage clients.
- Relevant certification in personal training or fitness instruction (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar) is required.
- Background in fitness or health‑related fields preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
