Dispatch Support Specialist

We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Dispatch Support Specialist to help us deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

• Be the hub of communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Gain hands-on experience with dispatch systems and cross-train across business segments.

• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Coordinate portable tanks and assist with dispatch functions.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and logistics teams.
• Provide backup coverage for dispatch systems during vacations or absences.
• Participate in cross-training to support multiple business areas.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules and route planning.
• Support fleet dispatch and fuel delivery operations.
• Daily tank monitoring and market watch.

• Ability to work weekends/extended hours on a rotation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn dispatch systems.
• Basic knowledge of mapping programs and geographical areas.
• High school diploma required;
  Associate degree preferred. (We’ll train the right candidate!)
