Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading refrigerated storage and distribution facility, is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Stand Up Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and safety-consciousness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Weyauwega, WI

Pay Range: $23/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Operate Crown stand-up forklifts to move and organize inventory within refrigerated warehouse conditions
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate inventory records using RF-controlled systems
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in a cold storage environment (34F-36F)
• Demonstrate forklift driving skills during the interview process

What's Needed?

• Prior experience operating forklifts, especially stand-up models
• Good work history with a reliable attendance record
• Ability to work in refrigerated conditions (34-38F)
• Basic reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently and over 80 pounds occasionally
