Job Requirements:

Drive a bus, make a difference, and get paid $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

This job is for a school bus driver who brings safety, stability, and friendly service to students in the community. It is flexible, rewarding, and welcoming for part‑time or full‑time schedules.

• Transport students to and from school safely and on time.
• Drive routes confidently in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Create a respectful and safe environment on the bus.
• Build positive connections with students, parents, and school staff.
• Assist students who need help getting on or off the bus.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for duty.
• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance on the vehicle.
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions.
• Check vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment.
• Operate gasoline, diesel, or electrically powered multi‑passenger vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of first aid procedures and safety rules as students board and exit buses.
• Maintain order among students during trips to ensure safety.
• Record bus routes and report any malfunctions, delays, or accidents.

• Class A or B CDL or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
• Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements or ability to obtain them.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Great communication skills and a calm, friendly attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Desire to be a positive influence in the community.
• At least 18 years old and hold a valid WI driver’s license with a clean record.
