Alsum Transport, Inc, a subsidiary of Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc., is looking for full‑time Over the Road (OTR) Drivers! Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is a grower, packer, and shipper of potatoes & onions located in Friesland, WI. You will transport and deliver fresh produce over long distances in a safe, efficient, timely, and legal manner.

You will safely deliver produce to our customers and backhaul fresh produce from CO, KS, NM, TX, FL, GA, , and WA. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel, BOLs, and PODs. You are to represent Alsum Transport Inc. and Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. in a professional manner.

Schedule:

The work schedule will vary from week to week, depending on our pickup and delivery schedule.

• Hold a current Class A CDL License with a clean driving record
• Are 23 years of age or older
• Have 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience
• Are registered with the Drug Clearing House and can pass a DOT pre‑employment physical and drug screening
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications
• Can pass a road test administered by Alsum Transport

• Applicant becomes new employee after passing reference check, interview, driving test and drug screen. Applicant begins employment on or after September 1, 2018 as a FULL TIME employee.
• Upon completion of new employee’s 30 days – receive $500.00 bonus (pre‑tax)
• Upon completion of new employee’s 90 days – receive $500.00 bonus (pre‑tax)
• Upon completion of new employee’s 180 days – receive $1,000.00 bonus (pre‑tax)
• Upon completion of new employee’s 360 days – receive $1,000.00 bonus (pre‑tax)
• If employment agreement is ended at any time for any reason, the specific sign‑on agreement ends on the day of separation
