Import/Export Coordinator
The Import/Export Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support to ensure efficiency and maximizing customer trust for BW Paper systems.
Responsibilities:
· Act as a liaison between third-party logistics companies and BW Paper systems to process and monitor freight claims.
· Process imports and exports using internal business systems.
· Create and update metrics and visualizations to communicate performance indicators to operations and leadership teams.
· Make continual process changes and adapt own performance in order to meet the organization's needs.
· Examines contents and compares with records to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
· Ensures that carriers are notified for freight pick-up and that the freight is routed properly.
· Prepares bills of lading and shipping manifests.
· Traces shipments and obtains proof of delivery.
· May answer inquiries regarding shipping status and expedite shipment when required.
· Other duties as assigned

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in the use of Excel and Teams.
· Proficiency with MAPICS, InforXA, Power BI, and Varsity is desired.
· Working knowledge of manufacturing and transportation processes.
This is a first-shift position that will participate in an on-call evening and weekend rotation to support global transportation needs.
