Dump Team Driver (Transportation)

Dump Team Driver Badger Mining Corporation is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our Team. In this role, you will safely prepare, load, and deliver industrial sand to customer locations and transport materials to landfills in a timely and professional manner. This position plays an important part in supporting our customers, representing BMC with strong customer service, and contributing to the success of a self-directed work team.

As a Dump Team Driver, you will operate equipment in a busy production environment, including a front-end loader, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, completing required paperwork, and keeping a safe driving record. Candidates must hold a minimum Class B CDL;
Class A CDL is preferred.

Schedule & Work Expectations The Dump Team typically works a 5-day schedule, with occasional weekend work based on business needs. Shifts may vary and can range from 8 to 14 hours depending on workload and delivery demands. This role also requires accurate completion of DOT logs and any other required transportation or delivery documentation.
