Local Driver | Pella, IA

Routes:

• Regional freight mostly between Pella, IA, and Macomb, IL

• A mixture of home daily and out 1-2 days.

• Mostly no-touch freight hauling for Pella Windows. We do have some other window companies where the drivers need to assist in the unloading, and you may be asked to help with loads like that, but mostly no-touch.

• Sometimes we haul windows that involve touch freight. Dispatch will not put you on that if it's not for you.

• Pay periods are BI-WEEKLY

• Average driver earns $60,000 annually

• $24.29/hour starting pay.

• 40 hours per week, full-time job

• $1,000 signing bonus paid out on your first check.

• 6 PAID Holidays (plus $100 for working the holiday)(starts after 1st 90 days)

• Orientations start every Monday and Wednesday onsite at our Terminal in Ladysmith, WI

• $100 perday (Meals, Travel, and Hotel Accommodations provided)

• Trucks governed at 68

• Rands has Peterbilt 579s, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth T680s

• All trucks are fully equipped with Tri Pac APUs, Power Inverters, Fridges, and XM Radio

• All trucks are FULL SLEEPER SUITES

• Outward and inward cameras.

• Rands buys trucks brand new and keeps them up to 8 years. As much as possible,Rands does all maintenance in-house which allows us to run our trucks a little longer than other companies.

• Medical (after 60 days) and 401K matching (after 90 days)

• Animal and Rider Policy ($1,000 deposit if bringing an animal. We will take this off the signing bonus)

• Flexible vacation and home time + 1 week Paid Vacation after 1 year!
