What You’ll Do

As a school bus driver, you’re more than just a driver — you’re a trusted adult, a friendly face, and a daily source of stability for students. Your job is to:

• Get students to and from school safely and on time
• Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus
• Build great connections with students, parents, and school staff
• Help students who need a little extra assistance getting on or off the bus
• Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions

What You Bring

• A valid Driver's License and the willingness to learn!
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• A calm, friendly attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• A desire to be a positive influence in your community
