What We're Looking For:The Warehouse Associate, Senior leverages extensive warehouse expertise to ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of accuracy, and mentor less experienced team members. This role plays a key part in streamlining processes, resolving complex issues, and upholding safety and organizational standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Shift: Sunday‑Thursday 9:45 pm–6 am. $21 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential. $1,500 Retention Bonus after 6 months of employment with Zebra.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:- Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness.
- Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
- Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
- Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols.
- Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity.
- Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.
- No diploma required; strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Competencies:
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Action oriented and resourceful.

Incentive Compensation:In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
