Part Time Seasonal Flex – Warehousing

Employment Dates:
Starting June 15, 2026 through December 1, 2026 (subject to change based on business need). Minimum 16 hours per week and maximum 29 hours per week.

Days of the week, shift/hours: 8 AM – 3:30 PM, 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday.

Pay: $26.50 per hour.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front‑line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations, including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing warehouse areas. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink‑wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
