- Organize and maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, and assist with audits.
- Track orders and communicate status updates to dealers, contractors, and service reps.
- Ensure all shipping paperwork and documentation is completed correctly.
- Support warranty claims with accurate part numbers and availability information.
- Keep the parts storage area clean, safe, and organized for quick access.
- Collaborate with the service team to anticipate upcoming part needs and streamline processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
- Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse work preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with computers and inventory tracking systems.
- Good communicator with dealers, contractors, and coworkers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Be part of a growing company that values quality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
- Work in a role that has a direct impact on dealer relationships and homeowner happiness.
- Enjoy opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement in our service operations.
- Competitive pay and benefits package.
If you’re ready to bring your organization skills and service mindset to a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!
