Your responsibilities and tasks

Inventory Management:
Manage and monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate recording of stock. Address discrepancies and update records as needed.

Order Fulfillment:
Supervise and participate in the picking, packing, and shipping processes. Ensure that orders are filled accurately and dispatched in a timely manner.

Material Handling:
Operate and maintain advanced warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and palletizers. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and receipts. Prepare reports on inventory levels, order status, and operational metrics.

Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and practices to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Customer Service:
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to material handling or order fulfillment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely and efficiently.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong focus on accuracy in handling inventory, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Ability to spot and report discrepancies or defects in products.
  • Skill in maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse, including proper storage of goods.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Your profile and qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehouse operations or material handling preferred.
  • Experience:

    Previous warehouse experience with expertise in inventory management and equipment operation. A minimum of 1 year of forklift experience.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely; stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Ensure accuracy in all inventory and shipping activities.
  • Problem‑Solving:
    Identify and resolve discrepancies or process inefficiencies.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    SAP experience is strongly preferred. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry.
  • Equipment Operation:
    Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery.
  • Time Management & Flexibility:
    Meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Communication:
    Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
  • Work Environment:
    Comfortable working in various conditions, including outdoor temperatures.
