Position: 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Location:

Oostburg, WI

• Coordinate and supervise all Warehouse Department activities, measuring productivity of direct reports and holding them accountable for required performance standards.
• Ensure all receiving and shipping is completed on time to facilitate order compliance.
• Develop direct reports through training, effective communication, and general accountability (pre‑shift meetings, forklift training, safety, cross‑training, etc.).
• Gather data, prepare reports, analyze and problem‑solve, providing findings to customers, vendors, outside carriers, sales, transportation, and customer service.
• Utilize employee input to make changes that benefit the person, the team, and the company.
• Set subsequent shifts up with opportunities for success.
• Conduct investigations to identify problem sources and decide on solutions to those problems.
• Lead and organize specific Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Warehouse Department.
• Perform training audits and annual performance reviews on Warehouse team members.
• Share resources with Production and Quality (labor, equipment, knowledge, etc.) and act as a team member in serving the customer.
• Enforce all Masters Gallery Foods standards, policies, and procedures with safety and quality as top priorities.
• Proactively pursue safety initiatives and ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform miscellaneous projects assigned by the Warehouse Operations Manager and/or Executive Vice President.
