JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, order picking, and packing. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (Net Suite) to accurately track inventory movements and update stock records. Pick and pack customer orders with precision using order picking techniques and packaging best practices. Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation, preparing goods for dispatch, and ensuring proper labeling.

Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts using basic math skills to ensure stock accuracy. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Hands‑on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and e-commerce logistics will help you excel in this role.

Basic math skills are necessary for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order quantities. Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety protocols ensures accuracy and safety during daily operations.

Complete order receipts. Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise. Operate equipment such as forklifts. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves. Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or on computer. Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.

Mark stock items, using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
