Repack

NCW is seeking a Repack Associate to support warehouse operations for clients in professional, scientific, and technical services. In this role, you will break down bulk products, inspect items for quality, repackage according to client specifications, label and palletize orders, and prepare shipments. You will use basic warehouse equipment, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and maintain accurate counts and documentation. Responsibilities

• Break down bulk products and repackage items per client specifications
• Inspect products for damage, defects, and quality standards
• Label, seal, and palletize finished goods accurately
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and basic documentation
• Follow warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance procedures
• Operate basic material handling equipment as trained
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines
• Report issues with product quality, counts, or packaging promptly
