• Skills in inventory management
  • Move parts between locations
  • Create transport tasks accurately among the three warehouses
  • Maintain inventory counts
  • Troubleshoot inventory issues/Kanban
  • Move serialized parts accurately
  • Send parts properly marked to the other two warehouses
• Pack parts orders so inventory is not damaged
• Close parts orders
  • Print and sign picklists
  • Add tracking to orders
  • Deliver the parts order
• Process work orders
  • Pull/move inventory to transfer parts from a work order to a parts order
  • Deliver customer order tied to work order
• Process return material authorizations
• Oversee quality of parts being packed
• Palletize and ship large orders via LTL carriers
• Lift at least 50 lbs
• Maintain proper inventory levels in the Parts Department
• Build a small amount of subassemblies
• Create shop orders for multistep operations
  • Maintain the shop floor workbench for the Parts Department
• Manage and keep the backorder log updated
• Maintain and respond to emails
• Order packaging supplies from UPS and local suppliers
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• ERP system experience preferred

Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; communicate one‑on‑one and in group settings with customers and coworkers; apply common sense to carry out detailed but routine written or oral instructions; make non‑routine decisions within established guidelines with minimal supervision.

• Maintain a positive work attitude and facilitate good relationships with customers, clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Wear safety toe shoes and safety glasses in production areas.
• Regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to use computer, telephone, and other equipment; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; occasionally lift or move up to 35 lbs.
