Children's Residential Support Worker
Salary
: £36,274 – £42,640 (assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep‑ins per month)
Working in our Children Park Homes means being a part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. You will be there for the highest highs and lowest lows, helping young people regain their childhood and create pathways to become well‑rounded adults. Challenges will arise, but so will small victories – moments that feel like huge wins. We accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental‑health needs, and our goal is to deliver the best outcome for the young people in our care.
Our support workers are fulfilled by the idea of affecting small positive changes, and we celebrate the little things.
- Ensure young people are up and ready for school each day
- Assist with homework and academic support
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
- Plan and facilitate activities and outings
- Provide evening and weekend support with games, film days, and outings such as go‑karting or football
- Tap into each young person’s peuples, personality and potential to guide them toward a positive future
- Base salary of £29,034 – £35,400
- Bonuses: up to 4 sleep‑ins per month at £80 each, £1,400 Attendance Allowance, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus upon successful completion of probation, £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months

- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
