Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an engaging, sociable and welcoming Team Experience Host.

The on target earning potential for this Team Experience Host position is £31,558.40 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,558.40, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As the Team Experience Host you will manage our colleague spaces; the various “Green Rooms” where colleagues across Estelle can relax with teas, coffees, a hot meal provided daily, as well as ‘The Bothy’ back of house changing areas. You will ensure a smooth operation with a focus on health and safety as well as general welfare, and assist with basic cleaning, general duties and stock control of our colleague food and amenities.

You will play an integral role in supporting our vision for Estelle Manor to be a great place to work and place a high importance on the happiness of all colleagues whilst at work.

Please be aware this role will require flexibility for weekend working.
