Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Valet at Estelle Manor, you will be responsible for the upkeep of valet standards of both guest and estate vehicles, helping to form both the first and final experience many of our guests will have. With fantastic attention to detail and a genuine passion for providing an exceptional service, you will assist the door team in providing a constant welcoming presence at Estelle Manor whilst ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, in good condition, and readily available for use.

• You must be aged 25 or above and hold a full UK driving license.
• Previous experience in a front of house role. Hotels, other hospitality venues and retail are all advantageous.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic with a passion for hosting.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,910.40, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.38 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
