SummaryThe Catalog Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and updating product data, images, and catalog information to support Niterra's aftermarket operations. This role involves managing PIES data, coordinating with Product Management and Marketing teams to align catalog content with new product launches, and ensuring the accuracy of critical files and databases. The Catalog Analyst will also support interchange database reviews, assist with customer technical inquiries, and help ensure data integrity across all catalog systems.
Responsibilities- Responsible to Update/Maintaining PIES data and images.
- Coordinate with Product Management team to ensure PIES data is published in alignment to new product/part launches.
- Maintain the Lifecycle and POP codes in JNP.
- Coordinate with Marketing to add rich content to PIES (how-to instructions, install videos).
- Update and maintain assigned files/ databases/ spreadsheets (i.e. pricing file, illustrated parts guide, application file, and package file) accurately in timely manner.
- Reviews information contained in the interchange databases to determine where interchange information must be developed or needs additional review.
- Assist with customer inquiries concerning technical information in timely manner.
- Coordinate analysis of interdepartmental technical bulletins and products updates.
- Travel as necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including IATF and ISO
14000 related policies as applicable.
- An Associate degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Aftermarket automotive industry.
- Basic Knowledge of Product Information Exchange Standard (PIES), Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard (ACES) and Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) standards preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Ability to comprehend Niterra products, materials, and applications.
- Ability to input data with less than a 1% margin of error.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Advanced skills in MS (Word and Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to communicate verbally.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
