We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Construction Estimator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of three solid years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and associated software
- Working knowledge of Procore a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment in an organized and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates
- Prepare and assemble bid proposals
- Create takeoffs and maintain current pricing databases
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and their assigned teams
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids
- Award jobs and issue subcontracts
- Coordinate purchasing and delivery of products and services according to the construction schedule
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and support permit submittals
- Assist with value engineering to meet client budget goals
- Other miscellaneous projects as assigned

Construction Project ManagerWe currently have a full-time opportunity for a Construction Project Manager
. The Construction Project Manager will oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow him or her to take control of a project and produce results.
Responsibilities :
- Works hand‑in‑hand with the Project Superintendent(s) and Estimators
- Mediate between owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to find workable solutions that appeal to all parties
- Coordinate all Change Orders
- Drive cost‑effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
- Maintain a daily job logs, submittal logs, RFI logs and Change Order logs
- Maintain strict construction schedules, procurement and foreseeing issues, with resolutions prior to the work to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain a safe project jobsite, adhering to OSHA Standards
- Hold weekly subcontractor on‑site scheduled meetings
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and associated software
- Working knowledge of Procore a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask within a fast‑paced environment in an organized and efficient manner
