What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

* Progressive construction or preconstruction experience ranging from early career (1-2 years) to senior-level (10+ years), depending on role scope.

* Valid driver's license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) review in accordance with company policy.

* Technology proficiency scaled to role, including:

* Excel and Microsoft O365 (required across all levels)

* Estimating and takeoff tools (e.g., Win Est, On-Screen Takeoff)

* Scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) for advanced roles

Nice to Have

* Foundational to advanced understanding of construction documents, building systems, sitework, and general construction principles.

* Knowledge of estimating practices including material costs, labor productivity, and conceptual budgeting; depth of expertise aligned with level.

* Experience with bid types such as GMP and Lump Sum (Hard Bid) preferred/required for senior-level roles.
