• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication among all stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• OSHA certification and other relevant licenses preferred.
