We're looking for a driven Construction Estimator to build accurate, competitive cost estimates that directly impact project success. In this role, you'll work across commercial and industrial projects, partnering with project teams, trade partners, and clients to analyze drawings and specifications, perform detailed takeoffs, and develop comprehensive cost models. You'll contribute to both hard bid and negotiated work, supporting bid strategy, value engineering, and proposal development from concept through submission.

This is an opportunity to grow your expertise in construction estimating, preconstruction, cost modeling, and target value design within a collaborative, relationship-focused environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating estimating efforts, analyzing project risks and opportunities, and driving smarter cost decisions helping deliver high-quality, well-informed outcomes on complex projects that matter.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $101,000, (negotiable) annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of estimating experience, including preparation of complete estimates
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and developing scope of work
  • Understanding of construction systems, materials, labor, and equipment costs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and estimating/takeoff tools
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support bid and proposal processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with conceptual estimating and cost modeling
  • Exposure to GMP and lump sum project delivery methods
  • Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit or similar
  • Experience with self-perform estimating and productivity-based costing
