Responsibilities
- Answers service phone calls to our dedicated scheduling line and books appointments
- Responds professionally and politely to customer inquiries and if necessary transfers them to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Responds to online service appointment requests using the customers preferred method of contact and schedules appointments as needed
- Works in Keep You Camping critical appointments and resolves any scheduling conflicts
- Confirms appointments Compiles daily/weekly/monthly reporting and trend analysis
- Inputs customer data into company system
- Act as an extension of the General RV locations working with the leadership teams to cohesively support the service team and the customer
- Collaborate with the Manager of Service Training and Communication on establishing and achieving monthly goals
- Follow the procedure of the Keep You Camping™ program
- Process and procedure oriented
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to hit deadlines
- Ability to work within multiple computer software systems
- Possess capacity be able to accurately handle and document a high volume of incoming calls
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Communicate well to all levels within the organization
- Fluent in English/Bilingual is a plus
