Customer Service (CSR)

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Process orders, quotes, and revisions accurately in internal systems
• Communicate timelines, product details, and updates to customers
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with Sales, Production, and Scheduling to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication

CAD Drafting / Design / Programming Experience

• Create detailed CAD drawings for custom shower door and glass systems
• Interpret measurements, sketches, and customer specifications into accurate layouts
• Ensure all drawings meet company standards, safety requirements, and production capabilities
• Review orders for accuracy, including dimensions, glass types, and hardware selections
• Revise drawings as needed based on customer or internal feedback
• Collaborate with production to ensure designs are feasible and efficient

• Experience with CAD software 1 Year Experience Minimum (AutoCAD or similar required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and specifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in shower doors, glass fabrication, or construction industry
• Familiarity with frameless/ semi frameless shower door systems and hardware
• Previous CSR or order entry experience

• Office-based role with frequent collaboration with production and operations teams
• Fast-paced environment requiring both technical accuracy and customer interaction
