Job Description
This opportunity involves leading a team of engineering professionals, managing project planning, cost control, staffing, and quality. You will cultivate client relationships and promote the Egis North America brand through participation in associations and marketing efforts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and plan bridge structures including steel, prestressed concrete, and reinforced concrete slabs.
• Conduct structural analysis for highway structures.
• Prepare structural designs, drawings, specifications, and estimates.
• Assist in project budgeting and scheduling.
• Perform calculations using AutoCAD and specialized bridge design software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structures.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Michigan.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and bridge design software.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of Prestressed Concrete and bridge layout/design preferred.
