, enabling fast decisions and hands‑on execution.
We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support day‑to‑day supply chain operations while contributing to our SAP implementation and stabilization
. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and on‑time delivery to OEM customers.
- Ensure on-time supplier deliveries and customer shipments.
- Maintain supplier demand and forecasts aligned with production plans.
- Lead production planning based on customer demand.
- Manage inventory accuracy and performance.
- Create and manage ASN for all relevant shipments.
- Develop logistics concepts:
material flow, line feeding, packaging, WIP, warehousing
. - Analyze transportation and containerization costs.
- Support plant layout planning for lean material flow
. - Drive continuous improvement and standardization across planning and logistics tools.
- Participate in supplier sourcing activities and capacity analysis.
- Maintain supplier scorecards and support quality claims.
- Identify supply chain risks and support mitigation actions.
- Support EBOM and MBOM creation, maintenance, and accuracy in SAP.
- Assist with EBOM → MBOM conversion for production execution.
- Validate part numbers, quantities, lead times, and sourcing data.
- Support SAP master data loads, testing, reconciliation, and governance.
- Support engineering changes (
ECR/ECO
) and downstream supply impacts.
- 5+ years automotive supply chain experience.
- Background in planning, logistics, materials, or inventory management
. - Strong ERP exposure (
SAP preferred
). - Experience with EDI (ANSI / EDIFACT).
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and APQP
. - Bonus: Greenfield or brownfield manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Work at TYC’s first U.S. development and manufacturing site
. - Be hands‑on in a co‑located engineering + production environment
. - Play a key role in SAP‑driven supply chain foundation building

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive total compensation including base salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience), comprehensive benefits,
