This is not just a “service” role — this is a high‑visibility engineering position where you will lead installations, perform commissioning, and serve as the technical face of the company at customer facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead machine installation, startup, and commissioning at customer sites
- Perform system diagnostics, mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
- Interface directly with customer engineering and maintenance teams
- Provide on‑site training and technical support
- Assist with PLC adjustments, machine parameter setup, and system optimization
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve field issues
- Travel domestically and occasional international travel (approx. 50–70%)
- 3+ years experience in machine tool service, commissioning, or controls support
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- PLC knowledge (Siemens preferred)
- CNC experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently at customer sites
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one
