Compensation: $75,000

• Shared responsibility with project management for performance to budget and timing during all project phases.
• Understand and strictly follow standards and specifications for the design of hardware and software for the end user.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings and use them to write software.
• Apply safety concepts and requirements to ensure proper implementation during design and software generation.
• Write PLC and HMI software programs, from scratch and using customer standards and templates.
• Ensure completeness of software design prior to power‑on, reducing debug phases.
• Support manufacturing and service during debug and installation startup.
• Use critical thinking to define problems, collect data, and formulate effective solutions.
• Train and assist end users on equipment operation as well as hardware and software architecture.
• Improve customer satisfaction through routine communication.
• Coordinate smaller projects and report progress, timing, and critical issues to management.
• Accurately document wiring and field changes, deliver mark‑ups to engineering for final customer documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
